Terms & Privacy
Last updated 22 September 2026 · Version 2026-09-22
This page covers the free board downloads and the emails sent from Next in Marketing, run by Aman Chauhan in Ahmedabad, India. Questions: collab@creatorsdream.in.
Terms of use
- The boards are for learning. They are not legal, financial or professional advice.
- Figures marked as estimates or illustrations are exactly that. Sourced figures name their source on the board.
- You may share a downloaded board with others as long as you credit Next in Marketing and don't sell it.
- The boards are provided as they are, without any guarantee that they suit a particular purpose.
- We may update these terms. The version you agreed to is recorded with your download request.
Privacy policy
What we collect. Your email address, which board you asked for, whether you ticked the marketing box, the terms version you accepted, and when. We also store the country your request came from (worked out by our host, Cloudflare, from your connection) and a scrambled, one-way code of your IP address, used only to stop the same connection signing up too many times.
Why.
- To confirm your email address and send you the board you asked for.
- Only if you tick the optional box: to email you when a new video or board goes live.
- The newsletter itself is on Substack. When you subscribe from the site footer, or click “Join the newsletter” after a download, your browser sends your address to Substack, which confirms it and emails you each new issue. We keep our own record that you signed up and when. Substack’s own privacy policy covers its list.
Who handles it. We use an email service provider to store your address and send these emails on our behalf. We don't sell or rent your data to anyone.
How long. Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Your choices. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. To see, correct or delete your data, email collab@creatorsdream.in.
Visit statistics. We count page views and a few actions (starting a tour, downloading a board, subscribing) with PostHog, and we keep our own count on our server: the page and the date only, with no cookie and nothing that identifies you. PostHog masks everything typed into forms and never records your email address. It may record anonymous clicks, scrolls and a replay of the page to show us where people get stuck. Until you click Accept on the cookie banner, PostHog stores nothing on your device and each page you open looks like a new visit; after you accept, it remembers your visit so we can see a whole session instead of single pages. PostHog's requests travel through nextinmarketing.in/ph rather than straight to posthog.com, so an ad blocker that blocks that name by itself does not quietly skew our counts. The data sent and the company that receives it are the same either way.
Google Analytics and cookies. We also use Google Analytics to see which pages people find and how they arrive. It sets analytics cookies only if you click Accept on the cookie banner; until then, or if you click Decline, it sends anonymous, cookieless measurements. We never turn on advertising or ad-personalisation cookies. You can change your choice any time with Cookie settings.
Page counts. Our own server also counts how many times each page is opened per day. It stores only the page and the date: no cookie, no IP address, nothing that identifies you.
Error reports. If a page breaks, Sentry sends us the error, the page address and your browser type so we can fix it, and a short replay of the moments before the error with all text and form fields hidden. It is set not to collect personal data.
Cookies. The boards remember your progress, reactions and notes in your own browser (local storage). That data never leaves your device.
